Position: Admin Executive
Location: Paya Lebar
Salary: Up to $2600
Job Description:
- Support the team with administrative tasks.
- Update the central system data and upload site-photos when needed.
- Prepare and process memos and documents for approval.
- Communicate with tenants on lease matters and maintain good relations.
- Ensure accurate and timely report submissions.
- Maintain and update the database, floor plans, and tenant contact lists.
Additional Duties may include:
- Supporting and implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of event spaces.
- Assist in planning and executing events, including budgeting, marketing, and coordination.
- Coordinate event logistics with organizers and venue partners.
- Source and secure suitable vendors and clients through outreach and lease renewals.
- Manage pre- and post-sales client coordination and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Able to start immediately and commit till Dec 2024.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative or other related fields.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word).
- Having experience in events planning and coordination is a plus.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
