Job Responsibilities:
· Job involves sales of minimart products and ensures the smooth running of daily operations
· Operating POS cash register and handle various types of payments
· Responsible for inventory management and merchandising standards as well as product planning
· Handle Supplier Order and delivery.
· Responsible for handling customers' complaints and feedback then escalating to HQ if required
· Supervise and train part-time cashiers
· Daily reporting to HQ on overall daily sales and bank-in cash sales daily
· Stacking, displaying, and replenishment products onto shelves when required
· monitor expiry dates & shelf lives of products and suggest offers/promotions before expired
· Maintain daily general housekeeping, and keep the working environment always clean and neat.
· Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
· Service-oriented and a team player.
· Good customer service & communication skills and produce quality work
· Provide prompt, helpful, and courteous service to customers at all times.
· Experience in a cashier's job will be an advantage.
