Our client is one of the top global Logistics companies headquartered in Japan. They are looking for a Billing Officer (6 months) to join their Singapore office.
The Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices, credit notes and/ or export transfer slips for customers
- Prepare weekly and monthly summary reports for customers and management
- Attend to customers’ enquires
- Any other task assigned by the superior
The Requirements:
- Experience in the Logistics industry with billing experience preferred
- Computer literate
- Able to work with initiative
- Willing to work OT if required
