Our client is a global conglomerate renowned for its diverse range of consumer electronics products including smartphones, TVs, home appliances, semiconductors, and more.
The Role:
- Prepare reports and analysis for Quarterly Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Operation meetings.
- Generate timely weekly/monthly reports for Traffic, Sales & Inventory.
- Track premium and voucher issuance on Event Portal to report findings for promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and review NSP & MSP results to report findings.
- Conduct operational audits to maintain premium brand image and operational SOPs.
- Participate in operational and service enhancements initiatives.
- Liaise and coordinate with franchisee and internal stakeholders on initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain sufficient stock levels for JBL range.
- Manage and maintain LFD and digital signage.
- Compile roster & coordinate new hire onboarding.
- Place orders for operational items (e.g., Screen Pro, Uniform, etc.).
- Provide administrative support and invoicing/billing matters including BQMS, Tradeshift, etc.
- Provide logistic and coordination support for Workshop, Events, Launches, Campaigns, etc.
- Take charge of store e-commerce (O2O) and other online/SES programs.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Data collection (Excel): Able to collect, record, observe, monitor data. Able to assess the accuracy, validity, and integrity of the data.
- Coordination of work: Able to follow and comply with standard work processes.
- Meticulous: Able to check for work accuracy before submitting completed tasks.
The Requirements:
- Minimally 3 years' relevant experience in business development or management of multi retail store environment.
- Minimally 1 year's experience in managing teams.
- Good understanding of setting up, operating, and maintaining premium brand retail stores.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems.
- Resourceful and meticulous.
- Able to work competently with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills.
- Able to adapt to a fast and dynamic work environment.
Please note that this is a 1 year renewable contract. The office is located at Mapletree Business City.
