Job Description
a. Provides both clerical and administrative support to professionals, involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks. Maintain important documents and book-keeping for documents' hardcopies.
b. Full set of HR functions included: to apply / renew / cancel / appeal for foreign workers' Work Permit and Apply MYEs, Prepare Contracts, Register Training Courses, Payroll calculation, Submit CPF/ Staffs' Income Tax info/ Workers' Levy Claims, Updating Staffs' Particulars.
c. Account Assistant Jobs such as: Issue invoices, Purchase Order, Keep Track of Account Payable and Account Receivable, Account Statements from clients and suppliers, daily record and monthly report for all account income and payout with support documents attached for audit.
d. Sales Assistant Jobs such as: Provide Quality Customer Service, Quality Supervison, Coordinate and Manage Projects and Project Handover
Job Requirements
- Proficient in English and Mandarin for internal and external communication.
- More than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Negotiate salary in person.
