Job duties:
- Ensure delivery quality by working closely with Technology and Quality Assurance in UAT reviews and sign-offs and ensuring operational readiness of each release
- Review test plans and cases to ensure it comprehensiveness and aligns with the business requirements
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of business requirements
- Review user acceptance test results and conduct operational readiness/production testing
- Document and prioritize identified defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution
- Support in preparing training materials for new launches / releases to ensure business readiness and drive adoption
- Monitor testing and defect fixing progress and provide periodic updates to Digital Enablement Lead.
- Escalate risks and issues encountered in execution and follow up on actionable / mitigations
Job requirements:
- Prior experience in digital transformation project management and execution related roles in the financial / insurance sector preferred
- Proficiency in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Good working experience in Ms Office Suite, JIRA and Confluence
