Job Scope:
- To prepare and submit tender documents.
- To interpret and reviewing drawings plans and preparing quantity estimates.
- To analyse/negotiate for cost for maintenance, progress claim and accounts settlement with contractors.
- To liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotations and procurement.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Survey/ Building or related engineering field.
- Knowledge for local form of contracts (i.e. PSSCOC, SIA & etc.)
- Candidate with relevant working experience in QS for renovation.
