MARKETING MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities:

AFreight Cargo seeks a Marketing Manager to drive market penetration and accelerate profitable sales growth through strategic development and execution of marketing plans. In this role, you will represent the company and manage a variety of responsibilities to achieve these goals:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue for AFreight Cargo's door-to-door services.
  • Identify new market opportunities and growth areas through market research and analysis.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's brand and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing materials.
  • Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and videos.
  • Oversee the company’s online presence, including website management, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Position will be dealing with Filipino and Indonesian customers. Proficiency in English and Filipino language is a must.
  • At least five years prior experience in door-to-door cargo services is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in marketing, particularly in logistics or related industries.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledgeable with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays
