We are looking for a Senior Test Lead (Tosca) to support our client's project.
Job Description:
As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the test automation efforts within our organization, particularly focusing on Playwright (Typescript), Java, JavaScript, Python, and TOSCA. Your primary role will involve designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will collaborate closely with development teams, stakeholders, and other quality assurance professionals to deliver robust and reliable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the test automation process, focusing on Playwright (Typescript) and TOSCA (Tricentis).
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Java, JavaScript, and Python.
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects.
- Ensure first-line risk management and controls are in place to support the applications and build risk awareness within the team.
- Communicate with users to provide immediate, short-term, and long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore regional teams to ensure timely delivery of required deliverables.
- Engage multiple stakeholders across the organization to gather and understand functional requirements and security risks for applications.
- Provide cohesive and logical solutions to problems in existing applications.
- Continuously improve the test automation framework and processes.

- Domain knowledge in Finance, Wealth Management, or similar fields
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in test automation, particularly with Playwright and TOSCA.
- Strong technical background and familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent multitasking abilities and capability to work independently under tight timelines and challenging environments with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to be a good team player and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
