About the Role:
As a Senior Pega Developer / Team Lead, you will:
- Application Development: Lead the design, build, and configuration of robust, scalable Pega applications to meet business needs.
- Team Management: Guide and mentor a team of 5-10 developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards through regular code reviews.
- Design and Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and architect Pega solutions that align with business objectives.
- Code Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security.
- Project Management: Oversee the development lifecycle, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Pega applications.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance team performance and application quality.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
Your Background:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Pega application development, with at least 3 years in a team lead role managing 5-10 developers.
- Certification: Pega CSA/CSSA certified in at least version 8.8.
- Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, Pega BPM, and related technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with experience in conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards.
- Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Project Management: Experience managing the full software development lifecycle.
- Continuous Learning: Proactive in staying updated with the latest Pega advancements.
