- The Contractor shall provide a Project Manager (PM) and designated alternate, as applicable, who has the have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to this contract.
- The PM alternate shall be on-site during the Government's regular working hours and shall be available on-site within one hour after the Government's regular working hours.
- The Interim Project Manager shall be a U.S. citizen and must have a Secret Clearance at the start of the full performance period. An interim clearance is acceptable during the Mobilization/Phase-in period.
- The PM shall have at least eight years of experience in managing a workforce providing services on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity.
- At least two years of experience shall be independent field management responsibility and at least one year of experience shall be in a management or supervisory capacity with a multi-national work force.
- The PM shall have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management or Engineering, based on a four-year course of study from a U.S. accredited college or university or equivalent institution. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
- The PM alternate shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to this contract.
