Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities
o Conceptualizing, designing for every project, based on client's requirements
o Drafting 3D perspectives for clients to visualize and understand
o Preparing relative technical drawings for clients / authority submissions
o Possess good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
o Liaise with company project team / architects/ engineers/ clients
o Brainstorm creative design ideas
o Responsible for developing, organizing and executing design concepts
o Modify and update designs based on review comments from Management
o Work closely with Designer manager to deliver client’s requirements
o Scheduling of FF&E
o Preferable to have knowledge in landed houses
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in interior design or degree or equivalent.
· Knowledge of MS Excel, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photo Shop, Auto Cad is a must
· Ideally with 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Applicants must be willing to travel around island should the need arises.
· Preferably in Architecture in Private landed & Interior Design
· Must be creative & Responsibility
· Able to communicate in Chinese
· Singaporean, PR or EP Malaysian to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $2,800 to $4,000 Depend on experience
