Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Attend to customers including front-counter duties.
- Handle calls, inquiries and appointments
- Provide administrative support such as cashiering, scanning, data entry, word processing, photocopying, and printing.
- Perform basic, general housekeeping & maintenance to resolve problem reported with minimal upward reference.
- Follow agreed work practices and operating procedures.
- Collate and consolidate information for reporting purposes.
- Ensure work meets quality specifications.
- Adhere to work safety measures and information securities standards.
- Undertake any other administrative duties as assigned by seniors and executives.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
Working Hours :
Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Sat: 8:30am to 12:30pm (Working on all Saturdays)
