We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to launch a new cafe outlet. As the ideal candidate, you will have at least 5 years of experience in project management and strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the launch of this new cafe outlet and ensuring the success of the project.
Job Responsibility:
• Manage projects for new cafe outlet
• Determine project's scope and come out with detailed work plan which includes outlet design and workflow
• Develop a comprehensive business plan for the cafe outlet, including budgeting, marketing strategies, and staffing plans
• Manage the construction and renovation process of the cafe outlet, including obtaining necessary permits and licenses
• Oversee the hiring and training of staff
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring high-quality ingredients and equipment for the cafe outlet
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the cafe outlet, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Monitor and analyze financial performance of the cafe outlet, making adjustments as needed to meet targets and goals
• Lead and manage the project team
• Other ad-hoc duties or project assigned by management
Requirements:
• Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality/Restaurant/Project Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a managerial level
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage staff, build teams, and motivate employees.
• Knowledge of cafe outlet operations, including inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
