We are looking for an experienced Globe3 accountant who’s responsible for Globe3 entries, to ensure Gotion SG accounts are regular while existing finance team taking up SAP. The temporary personnel will play a key role in supporting SG Finance Team during SAP go-live period (data migration from Globe3 to SAP).
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09：00 - 18：00
Contract period: 3 months
Job Description:
Account Receivable：
- Review and post manual invoice in system.
- Performing AR closing and report.
Account Payable
- Review and post manual invoice in system.
- Input Misc. Invoice for approval.
- Prepare payment for suppliers.
- Perform AP closing and report.
- Liaise with Vendors for monthly reconciliation.
Monthly closing
- Prepare Bank reconciliation.
Prepare Sales reconciliation.
Prepare Sales and Purchase reports.
Others
- Data migration for SAP.
- Any other task assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Glode3 system.
- Knowledge and understand operations in accounting. - Knowledge for Taxation (e.g GST) will be an advantage.
- Able to work in a team with postive working attitude.
- Experience in trading (import and export) industry is preferred.
