We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and help us continue to achieve our growth targets.
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading and expanding the sales team, and driving our business to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and market opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt and optimize sales strategies and practices.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Set sales targets and key performance indicators for the team; monitor performance and provide feedback and coaching to ensure targets are met.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating environment within the team.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand and anticipate client needs and trends to offer tailored solutions that enhance their wedding experience.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to the management, suggesting improvements or changes in strategies when necessary.
- Work closely with the marketing department to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with marketing campaigns and vice versa.
- Collaborate with brand managers to ensure the sales team has the necessary technical and product knowledge to sell effectively.
- Approve expenditures and manage costs within the sales department.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing manager.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
