- Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical issues (including structure, steel structure, architecture, M&E, landscape and interior, etc) of projects.
- Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
- Coordinate and monitor work progress at site to ensure works progress to meet master programme
- Overall responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects undertaken by the Company within schedule, cost, as well as Quality Control and Inspection of Architectural finishes.
- Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
- Properly trained in QEHS Policy, Objectives, impact/risk assessment, relevant safe work procedure/ operational control procedure, management Programmed, applicable legal and other requirements.
- Ensure all submissions and applications to the relevant authorities to facilitate RI, TOP and CSC clearance, Combine all necessary documents for handover
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years hands on project management experience
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Construction Management / any other construction related majors
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision,
- Good knowledge in local standards & requirements, instruments and machinery
- Able to understand and sketch technical drawings, coordinate among different trades
- Able to work in a systematic manner
- Possess basic software skills in Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Autocad
