*Able to travel to BATAM and oversea when project assigned.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support turn-key project by designing electrical circuitry and writing PLC program.
- Data collection of initial machine test run to meet specification and produce quality products.
- Improve, modify and troubleshoot machines to meet quality and output.
- Communicate and coordinate closely with mechanical engineers in machine concept design till implementation.
- Support and train BATAM local electrical technician within MED and Factories.
- Support factories manufacturing innovation projects.
- Coordinate with external vendor for projects from design to FAT
Requirement:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in factory automation.
- Able to design control circuitry and control box wiring.
- Good PLC programming skill in factory automation environment and vision knowledge.
- Work independently and self-driven. Analytical and good problem solver.
- Good communication and project management skill.
- Flexible & adaptable, able to work under pressure with tight delivery schedules.
- Able to travel to BATAM and oversea when project assigned.
- Phyiscal fit and good eye-sight, no color blindness.
