Responsibilities
- Owner and primary driver of StarMed’s digital touchpoints (web, social, paid media, email)
- Brainstorm and ideate marketing strategies to support brand awareness of StarMed and drive preference for our services by patients
- Work closely with performance manager to develop and execute an acquisition strategy to gain new customers
- Source stories from within StarMed and create content that will engage with our audiences online
- Shoot and edit simple videos for use on StarMed’s website or social media platforms
- Interview doctors and other stakeholders to mine for both marketing insights and stories that are worth ‘pitching’ to the public and media
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in social marketing, preferably in agency or healthcare space
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or relevant field - however, specific and relevant work experience is more important
- An eye for detail, the zeitgeist and witty wordplay
- Hands-on and demonstrable experience of crafting and leading social media content, from initial brief through to implementation and iteration
- Able to ideate, plan and execute the content marketing pipeline of articles, videos and infographics
- Confident self-starter with strong inter-personal skills and the ability to work independently
