Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer MEP systems
- Generate bill of quantities (BOQ)
- Obtain and compare quotations for materials and equipment
- Participate in site visits for tender briefings
- Review and interpret tender documents, including specifications, client requirements, and drawings
Comply with Singapore Standard for MEP design - Collaborate with suppliers and contractors for proposals and quotations
- Assist clients with value engineering initiatives
- Ensure adherence to Singapore building codes and regulations
- Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate exceptional planning, organizational, and supervisory abilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- With 9 years of relevant working experience in Interior Fitting - M&E
- Knowledgeable with M&E technical design, write-up, tender specifications.
- Previous experience with Project costing and estimating.
