Working Location: Tampines/Pasir Ris
Working Hours: 5 days
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine after service (Machine's period maintenance, trouble shooting)
- Perform routine after service in inspections in accordance with the CRM system
- Respond to customer application technology issues of produce and provide product technical advise
- Provide technical services to customer and support install equipment
- Answer customer phone calls for procut complaints
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in engineering fields (Electronics/Machinery)
- Must be able to standby when required (once in a month)
- Can communicate in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
