Senior IT Business Analyst (Software Application)
Our client is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join the team & spearheading the BA activities
Responsibilities:
- Organize and conduct system requirement meetings with end-users and stakeholders to address product roadmap and operational issues.
- Utilize human-centered tools and methods to facilitate workshops, identifying opportunities, problems, and mapping service journeys.
- Prioritize requirements by analyzing information with stakeholders and deliver functional and design specifications.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Prepare business requirements documentation and presentation materials.
- Identify and mitigate issues and risks for assigned projects.
- Align stakeholders for implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions that meet business needs.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of business analysis experience.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Business Analysis certification (e.g., CCBA®, CBAP®) preferred.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical documents.
- Strong technical understanding to grasp solution constraints.
- Domain knowledge in the education sector is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence and effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
