Job Description:
- Translate business requirements into efficient and effective technical solutions on M365 platform
- Serve as a point of escalation for the M365 platform and the Microsoft application stack
- Adhere to company IT security policies and procedures when planning and implementing of the M365 environment
- Adhere to existing policy and procedure as it relates to M365 group policy, backup, maintenance and support
- Responsible for developing and maintaining technical information
- Provide guidance related to system capability and compatibility
- Represent IT and participate in periodic business continuity planning and testing
- Adhere to company's IT change control (enablement) process
- Effectively communicate the status of the M365 platform throughout the organization
- The ability to troubleshoot technical issues and act, leading the charge from identification through to resolution independently
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business, management or technology field or relevant work experience
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated working experience with Cloud based architecture and deployments
- Minimum 3 years of administration experience working with Microsoft environments M365/O365 and Azure Active Directory, Azure AD (Active Directory) Connect Synch, Active Directory Group Policy
- Basic understanding of ITSM Principles or ITIL4 Foundations certification
- Experience with M365/O365 security technologies (eg OKTA, MFA,Security Portal)
- Experience with M365/O365 products (eg Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune)
- Experience with SMTP mail routing and troubleshooting
- Experience with cloud-based Mail security platforms (Proofpoint, Ironscales)
- Experience using PowerShell
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 2012 and 2016 series
