Senior Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager
Salary: $6500 - $7200
Working Days & Hours: 5.5day work(Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm & Sat 9am – 12noon).
Working Location: Kampong Ampa [Tai Seng MRT / Bartley MRT]
Only Performance bonus - PB base on KPI around 20% of annual salary
Allowance – if candidate own a car, transport allowance 1K, if dun have own car, transport as per claim. company mobile will be provided
Responsibilities:
- Overlooking all awarded Strategic projects in Singapore
- Responsible for periodic progress reports
- Evaluate the master programme and monitor work progress
- Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress claim, interim certificate and issue payment response
- Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions
- Ensure timely preparation and monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities
- Project delivery; Attend site meetings, keep accurate records, ensure safety; monitor and status programmes, identify and manage quality, assist with handover to operations teams and provide project health reports.
- Develop and execute project management plans, such as safety, quality, time and cost
- Concurrently manage multiple projects; including new data centre building and capital improvement projects associated with existing data centres
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor of engineering; electrical, mechanical or related field. Preferred: mechanical
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage
- 3-5 years working experience.
- Familiar with “Data Center” projects or complex projects in a M&E environment
- Experience with HVAC Equipment is an advantage
