Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Interpret shop drawings & communicate with Site Managers and consultant.
- Oversees the daily construction activities at the work site to meet the project progress and quality goals.
- Ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards is maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.
- Supervises sub-contractors / direct manpower to complete the project within the given budger and stipulated timeframe.
- Coordinates with SRE, RE, In-house designers, engineers and QA/QC staff to resolve contract disputes and technical issues.
- Supervises team and ensure compliance of safety while working at site.
- Responsible for making sure that the work and the materials used in construction meets the specifications.
- Attends meeting with sub-contractors and clients.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Education Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute approved by BCA or PEB.
Experience / Skill Required:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experiences.
- Familiar with the design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD or similar.
- Working knowledge of various construction diciplines, cost control, congtract administration, scheduling, safety regulation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with.
