Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily site supervision, coordination, and quality assurance of on-site
- Supervise & Coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, safety, and quality control.
- To perform the engineer’s role on method statement, implement cost & time efficiency on the operation, and supervise site works compliances and inspection requirement
- Keep track of variation and claims of contract and cost impact
- Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculation
- Take reasonable practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace
- Liaise with the consultant and carry out a site inspection
- Attend meeting with clients or sub-contractors on work progression and prepare meeting progression report
- Any other work as required by the Company from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor in Civil Engineering
- Must have experience in diaphragm wall and bored-piling
- Min 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in construction (MRT/LTA/deep tunneling Projects) will be an advantage
- Candidate with lifting engineer cert & experience will be a plus
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in auto cad, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good rapport skills, able to communicate with all levels of person
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meticulous and strong organizational skills
