Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the seamless deployment and maintenance of our ASF. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations, initiative to develop and execute business strategies with a keen interest in technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

● Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales goals.

● Identify potential clients and suppliers to generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing etc.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction & retention.

● Analyse market trends, competitors, sales data, customer feedback and product offerings to identify new business opportunities & develop strategies in order to stay ahead in the market.

● Prepare regular reports on operational and sales performance, sales forecasts etc to track performance, identify areas for improvement and make insightful data-driven recommendations to senior management.

● Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing sales operations team, ensuring the team meets its objectives.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements to align sales and operations goals with company objectives and to implement new sales and customer-related processes.

● Oversee the day-to-day operations of ASF, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

● Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of products for vending machines, minimising stockouts and overstock situations.

● Coordinate and manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure quality and timely procurement and delivery of products.

● Implement and oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of product and service delivery.

● Manage the logistics for the deployment and servicing of vending machines, maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues so as to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime and service disruptions.

● Identify & implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs whilst ensuring all operations are in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

● Create and present proposals to prospective clients and suppliers, highlighting the benefits and ROI of Easygo's ASF.

● Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers to secure favourable terms and ensure compliance with company policies.

● Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and suppliers, ensuring a smooth transition.

● Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise the performance and scalability of Easygo's ASF.

● Oversee the integration of new technologies and updates to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the ASF.

Preferred Qualifications

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

● Excellent organisational and operational management skills.

● Experience in the sales or operations sector or a related field.

● Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications.


Expected Renumeration & Benefits

· The successful candidate monthly remuneration range shall be $3,900-$4,200.

· Preferably with valid Class 3 driving license.

· Transport claims when visiting clients.

· Annual leave of 14 days after 3 months’ probation & upon confirmation.

· Bonus is dependent on KPI performance.
