Responsibilities:
- Prepare Quotations, Invoices, DO, PO etc
- Day to day accounts (AR/AP)
- Liaise with bank and logistics company
- Day to day administration/sales support
- Administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, answering of phone calls, filling & documentation, etc
- To assist in Human Resources tasks when instructed to
- Secretarial support, when needed
Requirements:
- Well organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Simple accounting knowledge
- Understand shipping and banking terms
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties
- Alternate Saturday workday applies
