Job Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Must have minimum 5-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management and End User device management.
- Must have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, OKTA and AD.
- Must have experience in Managing end user devices and operating systems including Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android.
- Must have strong knowledge in Endpoint Security and compliance.
- Must have experience in Cloud based collaboration.
- Must have experience in Powershell scripting, API scripting and automation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
