Operational Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all outlets.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
• Address staff issues and provide support and guidance.
Customer Service:
• Maintain excellent levels of customer service.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service.
Financial Management:
• Develop and manage budgets for operations.
• Monitor and control costs, including labour, ingredient costs.
• Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
Inventory Management:
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
Health and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.
Marketing and Promotions:
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote offerings.
• Organize and oversee special events and functions.
