3. Create prep list for kitchen crew
4. Manage food costing and inventory
5. Maintain standard for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
6. Maintain tidiness and cleanness of the kitchen
7. Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
8. Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas
9. Schedule staff and assist in human resources processes as needed
10. Assisting/helping out the team when needed
11. Other ad hoc duties when needed
