Responsibilities:
- Support research and analysis on overseas business development
- Assist in tracking of business development and financial performance of global subsidiaries
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentation materials
- Assist in communications with corporate lawyers, accounting & tax professionals, designers, and other service providers & stakeholders
- Assist in relevant accounts payable and receivable process, and other accounting tasks
- Support project management, coordination, and other administrative tasks
- Assist with Director’s office activities, as needed
Qualifications:
- Recent univeristy graduate or graduate with less than one-year prior work experience, holding a bachelor of Accountancy will be a plus;
- Good academic qualifications and demonstrated performance
- Strong writing skills, financial literacy and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across a multiple of stakeholders
- Stong attention to detail and good judgement when handling and processing sensitive information
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively & independently under tight deadlines
- Proactive, self-motivated professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
