Job Description:
- Prepare tender cost submission/pricing/quantity take off / cost evaluation
- Obtaining quotations, liaising, and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, and final accounts,
- Prepare sub-contracts and sub-contractor payments
- All other QS-related assignments
Job Requirement:
- Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience with building construction
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Able to work independently
