Responsibilities:
· Understand & progresses the team towards the function’s priorities and strategic goals
· Plan and coordinate staff education, training, engagement and collaboration initiatives/forums for the function
· Business Management activities, including (but not limited to) communications and space management
· Support various management and governance forums & workshops
· Support special initiatives that may arise
Partner with a variety of internal & external stakeholders to achieve the objectives
Skills/Requirement:
· Experience in Project Management an advantage
· Solid organizational skills including a methodical approach to planning & process, attention to detail and accuracy
· Able to produce structured and effective presentations
· Proficient in creating presentations using the Microsoft suite of software
· Able to handle multiple priorities, and deliver with quality under tight timeframes
· Comfortable with engaging senior management
· Has experience organizing events (include engaging vendors/providers for RFQ) for >100 pax in a professional setting
· Enjoys interaction with good communication skills.
