Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Flexible to observe any change of time schedule, drivers start work at 6.00am)
$ 4500 – $ 5500 + $ 200 (Transport Allowance) + $ 52 (Mobile Allowance) + AWS + VB
This incumbent is responsible for day-to-day fleet operations, as well as ensuring smooth drivers’ deployment and to meet customers’ requirements.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Nitec / Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experiences. Candidates with working experience in the waste management, facility services and logistics industry will be an advantages.
- Class 3 & 4 License will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the waste collection operations.
- Planning & managing a fleet of trucks and manpower for the daily operations - from attendance, maintenance, servicing, deployment till execution.
- Liaising with Sales on new contracts' deployment and execution of contract obligations with updated route plans.
- Maintaining and updating Safe Work Procedure, Risk Assessment and Workplace Health & Safety standards of the company.
- Ensuring all drivers observe site and public area safety rules: Enforce the wearing of correct uniform and personal protective equipment.
- Ensuring incidents, accidents and close calls are reported and notified in line with the company's procedures.
- Maintaining and updating route plans and monthly reporting of fleet management KPIs.
- Handle all cashcard related matters for drivers (eg: top up, replacement etc.)
- Any other operational duties that are deemed necessary.
