Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sous Chef & Chef de Partie to achieve the results in guest satisfaction, team satisfaction health and safety.
  • Taking responsibility and ownership of hot/cold station, setup, stocking
  • Ensuring mise en place is prepared accordingly
  • Strive for excellence in quality and presentation
  • Supporting commis in your station, sharing your skills and knowledge
  • Keeping guest focus as the end goal in mid, with a flexible attitude
  • Fosters a service culture by showing passion for service to others
