Job Description
- Prepare and produce all products according to SOP guidelines, including but not limited to cutting, cooking, steaming, frying, packing
- Ensure all equipment and utensils are washed, cleaned and places back to their storage location after use
- Create booking order to suppliers for the day to day stocks
- Check all materials are within acceptable condition prior to usage
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Outlet Manager from time to time
Job Requirements
- Education: Mininum Diploma or higher
- Good personality & loyal
- Use primary functions and applications of cooking equipment
- Contribute to customer service over various platforms
- Project a positive and professional image
- Ability to work and adapt in a diverse service environment
- At least 2 year relevant experience in F&B / Commercial kitchen
Working Hours: Full Time - 6 days work a week
