Job Description:
- The Growth & Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives to foster business growth.
- This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans that enhance brand visibility and increase sales and revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
a) Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create marketing plans that align with the overall business goals and objectives.
b) Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, content, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
- Adjust strategies and tactics based on data and performance to ensure continuous improvement
c) Lead Generation and Appointment Setting:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to capture and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with the stakeholders to schedule and prepare for appointments and pitches with potential clients.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track interactions of potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media management).
