Job Description:

  1. The Growth & Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives to foster business growth.
  2. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans that enhance brand visibility and increase sales and revenue for the company.
  3. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, business development, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:


a) Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Create marketing plans that align with the overall business goals and objectives.


b) Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, content, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Adjust strategies and tactics based on data and performance to ensure continuous improvement

c) Lead Generation and Appointment Setting:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to capture and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Coordinate with the stakeholders to schedule and prepare for appointments and pitches with potential clients.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track interactions of potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media management).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
