Job Description
- Manage a BIM team to ensure that the successful & timely delivery of the project is in accordance with the client’s expectations.
- Identify the scope of project deliverables & ensure timely delivery at each project milestone, monitor progress & take preventive/corrective action whenever necessary.
- Manage project implementation plan and budget and report progress on a regular basis to the management.
- Familiar with Common Data Environment and able to manage/maintain CDE successfully.
- Conduct BIM staff in-house training.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Construction or equivalent.
- Certified in BIM or/ and BIM Management from BCA is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the implementation and management of CAD and 3D models for water treatment facility projects or process plant projects and in the development and implementation of Building Information Management (BIM) systems.
- Have high level of competency of BIM software through continued use, training, and assistance to project teams.
