Responsibilities:
· Provide accounting and administrative support to the Singapore team.
· Liaising and assisting client-facing team members on finance, and billing matters.
· Work closely with the Singapore and Hong Kong team to continuously optimize the work process.
· Preparation of trust and its underlying companies’ accounts and financial statements;
· Provide accounting support to the trust team such as identifying new funds or new assets introduced to the trust, distributions, and supplier / vendor payments.
· Maintain a record of funds or financial assets movement, downloading monthly bank / brokerage statements as required.
· Support Administration team to ascertain asset value of each trust structure for reporting purposes;
· Any other ad hoc support. Requirements:
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting or related field.
· Experience in accounting field - Full set Accounts At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (financial accounting experience is a plus)
· Familiar with accounting/local reporting standard, handling full set of accounts ensuring that all accounting entries and reports are done in accordance to the relevant accepted accounting principles set by both internal and external authorities such as MAS, ACRA, IRAS, and others.
Skills:
· Knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
· Able to work independently, under pressure in a fast-paced environment and with good communication skills
· Responsible, conscientious, meticulous and harmonious team player.
· English-speaking fluency.
Work Schedule:
This job has the following work schedule:
5 days / week (9am - 6pm)
