Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service by promptly addressing phone and email inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the delivery of service requests for customers and distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Update customer interaction details accurately in the CRM system.
- Ensure effective and timely follow-up with customers as promised.
- Prepare and deliver service requests, including policy summaries and premium information, accurately.
The successful Digital Platform Customer Service Representative must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a cheerful disposition to maintain high standards of customer service.
