Project Description and Components:

The project focuses on driving significant growth within the company's sports division by increasing sales and establishing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the global sports industry.

  • Conduct market research to identify and assess new market opportunities for the company's ticketing and event management solutions within the global sports industry.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategic plan to expand the company's market presence, considering factors like geographic regions, sports sectors (professional, collegiate, etc.), and target customer segments (teams, leagues, venues).
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers at sports teams, leagues, and venues worldwide.
  • Develop and propose strategic partnership agreements that create value for both the company and its sports partners.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships to ensure long-term success and partnership renewals.
  • Lead the sales team in promoting the company's ticketing and event management solutions to potential clients within the sports industry.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, address client needs, and negotiate contracts to secure new sales.
  • Oversee successful implementation of the ticketing and event management solutions for new clients, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
