Job Description:
- Providing full spectrum administrative and secretarial support to the department.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointment.
- Booking the meeting room for internal meeting and prepare meeting materials.
- Maintaining inventory of department assets, including office supplies, electronics, furniture, and equipment.
- Maintain a good filing system (clearing of physical documents and emails routing).
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma level with relevant experience
