Responsible for the commercial processing, support and monitoring of all inquiries and orders of designated customers.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals. Support in tracking sales targets, quotas,offers and outstanding payments
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the planning PIC to to ensure product availability. Assist in managing stock levels and reorder points.
Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Noting, filing and update-initiating of customer relevant data (contact info, specific price agreements, delivery and payment terms, special transport notes etc.) in the ERP system and share files.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as preparing sales contracts, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondencewith the relevant Sales representative
