Provide general administration support, including order processing, record keeping, and supporting day-to-day operations.
In-Charge all General secretarial duties in handling office administration
Perform reception duties
Assist other ad-hoc duties as required
Apply, renew or cancel work pass for foreign employees
Source appropriate training programmes for employees
Maintain employees and all HR related profiles
Requirements
Candidates with relevant admin experience in construction industry will have an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of employment law and worker management an advantage
HR knowledge is preferable
