SALARY RANGE: $2200-2700 (subject to experience)
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
· Obtain patient address, contact details, insurance information for the visit
· Maintain patient data up-to-date and verify patient information at every visit
· Identify patient’s insurance coverage and collect payments where required
· Perform timely billing in Clinic Management System and in insurance portals
· Respond to patient queries and concerns in a professional manner
· Stay updated with information regarding insurance programs and funding sources.
· Management of patients’ records in accordance with PDPA act
· Maintains clinic(s) supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
· Dispensing of medication with second checker
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties:
· Attend educational trainings for professional development
· Maintain proper infection control standards
· Demonstrate proper use and care of medical & IT equipment
· People management skills – Supervise and mentor less experienced staff

· Adhere to the policies, procedures, standards protocols in the organization.
· Performs any other additional duties as assigned by Clinic IC / Ops Manager
