Roles & Resposibilities
* Daily administration job
* Accounting, tracking of sales and expenses.
* Generating quotations, invoices
* Placing orders or handling general enquiries
* Communicating with Main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Requirements :
* At least three (3) years of relevant admin/account experience
* Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work under fast paced environment with minimum supervision
* Familiar and experienced with MS Office and accounting systems
* Experience in working with construction/building maintenance company will be an added advantage
