We are looking for Admin / Customer Service Officers to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
- Process customer orders and inquiries daily via email, fax, or phone call.
- Conduct thorough follow-up with business units regarding fixed or ad-hoc billing, including monthly report generation and invoice posting.
- Coordinate and communicate sales order status to customers and sales teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth deliveries and timely resolution of issues.
- Manage export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers.
- Prepare shipping documents for both Singapore and export shipments.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Candidates with customer service experiences are preferred
