Job Scope
- Acting as the helpdesk support for the users, solve the first level user problem, perform basic troubleshooting for users.
- Assists staff with the installation, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
- Log and resolve all service desk calls along with keeping end users updated and informed.
- Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software when required.
- Works with other countries IT support staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems received from users.
- Interact with computer platforms in a multi-layered client-server environment. Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including file, email, application servers, and other related systems.
- Manage ongoing PC re-image program – Intune
- Train and orient staff on use of hardware and software.
- Recommends and/ or performs upgrades on systems if necessary.
- Assist in the purchase, build and deployment of IT related hardware and software.
- Maintain all IT inventory by performing hardware and software audits.
- Reported customer/user satisfaction is paramount.
- Log 100% of all service requests received from end-users.
- Timely triage, resolution, or assignment of logged tickets
- Liaise with the Application Owner teams for any service requests outside support area.
- Software and hardware audits are performed and completed annually.
- Equipment and systems rolled out completely and successfully.
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma/ Degree in any relevant field
- Min. 2 years relevant experience
- Experience with SCCM/Intune
