Reporting to the Manager, this is a 1-year contract to assist CP events/projects (RFL, RAC, Gala Dinner etc) and you will oversee these projects with the CP team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in administrative duties relating to various events
- Source for quotations and liaise with suppliers and vendors related to the event
- Conceptualise and prepare marketing materials for the event
- Source and liaise with new partners and donors for the event
- Assist in preparing emails, forms, event reports and any correspondence as required
- Conduct email and phone correspondence with donors and participants
- Assist in managing general enquiry email account
- Work with volunteers to ensure the respective events run smoothly
- Work and liaise with organising committees to ensure smooth event execution
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Liaise with donors/participants on donations, event etc.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Events or Marketing
- 2 years of relevant experience in events or operations management
